Terms and conditions

It is our current B2B policy to only accept orders for items we have in stock. We show all items available from our online store however, if an item is unavailable it will be listed as "Temporarily Out Of Stock" and will be unavailable for purchase.  Due to the real-time processing nature of our portal, there is a rare possibility that multiple people could be placing orders for the same product just seconds before you.

To address this, a final inventory check on a product will be performed prior to the order confirmation; therefore an item's availability or quantity may be updated at this point. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified.

All prices displayed are in AUD Currency.

We reserve the right to perform an ‘available credit’ check prior to release of any order. If your account is found to be out of terms, your order placed exceeds your credit limit or your account is on stop supply, your order will be held until your account is suppliable.

Working hours for shipping are Monday to Friday from 8am – 4pm only.  Any orders completed outside of these opening hours will be processed when the warehouse next opens.  Orders must be placed before 2pm for available product to allow for potential same-day fulfilment, for urgent orders please contact Australis Customer Service directly.

All dropship orders will incur a dropship fee. Please ensure that all the receiving Customer details are correct before proceeding through checkout.

All relevant freight charges will appear on your invoice once the order has been dispatched from the Australis Warehouse. These invoices can be accessed via your ‘Account’ page under the ‘Orders’ tab.

Once an order has been submitted it is final.  Any changes will not be processed unless Australis Customer Service is contacted prior to the processing and shipment of this order. 

To make a return of any order you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number which can be requested through the ‘Return’ area in this portal by creating a new Return Request (on a specified invoice with explanation) or through Customer Service only and shipment charges will be assessed due to the nature of the required return on an individual request basis.

Australis Music Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any stage.
