Shure by Gator Additions

Shure and Gator Cases have added seven new products to their joint Shure by Gator range, and they’re available in Australia now. The additions cover a spread of use cases, from single-mic protection to multi-system wireless transport, so there’s something here whether you’re a solo podcaster or a touring engineer managing a full kit.

The Pro Lite Microphone Case is purpose-built for the MV7 and SM7 series, two of the most widely used mics in podcasting and broadcasting right now. A case designed specifically around those bodies rather than a generic padded bag makes a real difference when you’re throwing gear in and out of a backpack regularly.

For those carrying more than one mic, two new bags  hav The SH-MICBAG04 holds up to four microphones and the SH-MICBAG12 holds up to twelve – practical options for engineers and live sound crews who need to move a lot of mics without a lot of chaos.

Stands often get the least love when it comes to transport, but the SH-STANDBAG solves that. It holds three stands, five microphones and cables in one bag, which covers most small-to-mid-size live setups in a single carry.

Wireless system transport rounds out the new additions. The SH-WRLSSCARRYBAG-2 handles two systems, the SH-WSYS-BAG offers a broader solution for wireless gear, and the SH-WSYS-CASE4 is the heavy-duty option – a hard case that holds four wireless systems and is built for the kind of regular use that demands something more robust than a soft bag.
