His new go-to guitar, lighting up the stage of his electrifying live shows, is a special ES-355. Now, Gibson are proud to partner with Gary to introduce the new Gary Clark Jr. Custom ES-355. A guitar inspired by the first time he saw B.B. King perform with one.

The Gary Clark Jr. Custom ES-355 features a three-ply maple/poplar/maple body with a figured maple outer layer, paired with a mahogany neck and a bound ebony fretboard for exceptional tone and feel. Multi-ply binding, mother-of-pearl block inlays, and the Custom split diamond headstock inlay deliver classic ES-355 elegance. It comes equipped with unpotted Custombuckers with Alnico 3 magnets, CTS audio taper pots, paper-in-oil capacitors, and a mono Varitone circuit for rich, flexible tonal options. The hardware is VOS nickel, including the ABR-1 Historic no-wire bridge and Bigsby B7 vibrato, and the guitar wears a stunning VOS Cobra Burst finish. Each guitar ships in a Gibson Custom hardshell case with Gary Clark Jr. graphics.
