Behringer introduce a fun size version of a legendary synth and a Contact Microphone for Eurorack

Portable 4-Voice Hybrid Synthesizer with 4 Vector Morphing Oscillators Per Voice, Analog Low-Pass Filter, 16-Step Sequencer and Arpeggiator.

Jam, create and play anywhere you want with the Behringer PRO VS MINI. Now you can have a powerful, feature-rich and portable 4-voice hybrid synthesizer tucked away in a backpack or gigbag ready to go any time! Plus with its unique joystick oscillator control, you’re sure make some unique sounds. The PRO VS MINI is an authentic reproduction of the original Prophet VS synth. Instead of a full-sized desktop keyboard synth, we decided to shoot it with a shrink ray and bring it into the 21st century plus lots of extra stuff like 128 waveforms, an arpeggiator and a handy OLED display so you can easily visualize those waveforms you’ve been playing around with.

Being a vector synth, the PRO VS MINI has 4 oscillators which can then be morphed and mixed using the joystick making for some pretty out-of-this-world sounds that may be more difficult with more traditional synths. With its 27 touch-sensitive keys, the PRO VS MINI also allows for maximum playability in a small form factor. Combine that with an easily programmable 16-step sequencer, studio-grade chorus, individual envelopes for filter, amplifier and oscillator as well as 2 LFO’s, you’re looking at a versatile, powerful and compact sound shaping machine that’ll easily find a home in your setup.

Contact and Pickup Microphone Module for Eurorack

Start scratching and tapping your way to unique and amazing sounds with the Behringer RADAR! Beats, ambient noises and otherworldly sound effects can easily be achieved thanks to its contact and pickup microphone plus, the RADAR can be readily integrated into any synth setup. The RADAR sports a pickup microphone placed right underneath the surface of the module. Simply tapping or scratching the textured surface will convert those into signals that can be patched into any module of your choice to create ambient, echoey sound effects, creepy bangs or any sound you can imagine!

The pickup on the RADAR is even sensitive enough to capture any surrounding acoustic waves be it a knock on your modular case, a snare hit from your drummer or even sounds coming out of loudspeakers. Those sounds can then be converted into gate or envelope signals and tweaked with the Gate Sensitivity or Attack and Decay controls respectively.
